Our Process

  • Create a “Success Portrait” to define the position, the goals, including leadership attributes.

  • Candidates are thoroughly interviewed and evaluated.

  • Confidential candidate summaries, including reference checks, are submitted, including our candid appraisal of their fit with your company.

  • Arrange scheduling logistics, debrief after each interview, and counsel on making a compelling offer that will be accepted by the candidate.
